Speks are made from the rare earth element, neodymium along with some iron and boron. First they’re shaped into 2.5mm spheres, then they’re coated with a metal plating or polymer paint, and finally they go through the magnetizer. It’s cool - one minute they’re just ball bearings and the next they’re magnets. Magic.

Your Gump might get sticky over time but it's easy to restore to it's original, super soft state:

1. Wash your Gump using soap and water.

2. Dry your Gump off completely by letting it air dry or with a microfiber cloth.

3. Lightly coat your Gump with cornstarch. Pat off any excess.

Because of the coating process each set of Supers has its own unique look. Sometimes they look a little spotty but that’s just the process.

Don’t worry, it’s just a little ferrite dust rubbing off. Washing your hands should take it right off. You can also use a cloth or rag to wipe your Crags off to help reduce any more ferrite rubbing off.

Due to overwhelming demand across the country, carriers - especially USPS - have been unable to meet their pickup schedules. That means that your order was received by us, packed and is ready to be picked up. However, carriers have not had the resources to physically pick them up and scan them yet. We sincerely apologize for this delay and have been in constant contact with USPS, FedEx and UPS to get orders picked up. Please check your tracking number again in a day or two to track progress.

Orders usually ship within 2 business days. 

If you've opted for free shipping, your Speks will take 10-14 days to arrive once they've shipped. If you've upgraded, you should have received an email with a transit time estimate. We're shipping from New Jersey so standard transit times will depend on your location in the US.

You can follow the journey of your Speks with your tracking number. Check your email for a message with the subject line “your order #XXXXXX has shipped.” and voila!

US Standard Shipping is free on orders over $75! If you want to upgrade your shipping, it’s gonna cost you a little extra based on how fast you want your Speks and where you’re located.

If you’re just getting cold feet, hold on until you give them a try. You can always return ‘em for free within 30 days of purchase (but we think you’ll be a fan).

Sorry, but that’s a no-go. Offering post-purchase price adjustments wouldn’t be fair to all of our customers.

For Speks purchased on our site, you can return ‘em within 30 days, no questions asked. Get your order number handy and visit returns.getspeks.com to begin. Shipping fees will not be refunded. A prepaid shipping label will be provided which will be deducted from the refund amount.

All international orders are final sale.

Returns initiated between 30-60 days of placing an order will be eligible for store credit.

If your Speks were purchased from an authorized reseller, retail store or Amazon, you should contact the reseller to obtain a refund or replacement. Unauthorized resellers may not be able to provide replacement products or a refund. We have no liability or obligation with respect to any Speks products sold by an unauthorized reseller regardless of whether the products are genuine Speks products.
